Before deciding if counselling or coaching is right for you, I offer a free 30 minute consultation either face to face, on zoom or over the phone. This gives you the opportunity to get a feel for how I work and the surroundings you will be in. During this appointment I will complete an assessment to ensure that I am suitable to work with you.

Together we will complete our working agreement which outlines how I work, and what we can expect from each other. During this we discuss confidentiality and the handling of your personal data. I will also discuss with you your expectations, how you want to work (in the therapy room, outdoors, a mixture of the two, on zoom, over the phone) and what you are hoping to achieve from in more detail. 

All sessions are 50 minutes long and begin at your allocated appointment time. If you are late to the session, the time will be lost and not added on to the end. Unless otherwise discussed and agreed, your appointment will be on the same day and time every week. 

Currently I offer sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 9.30am - 4.30pm.  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2.30pm - 4.30pm.

Telephone and email queries will be answered from Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm. My phone will be on silent during the day when I am working with clients but please be assured I will respond back to you as quickly as possible.
